APPLICATION FOR RESIDENCY

This form is an Authorization for Release of Credit. By signing below permission is given to contract your employer and authorize Tanager Management and/or its agent and Intermountain Backgrounds, Inc. to conduct criminal background and credit checks. This is to inform you that as part of our procedure for processing your application, an investigative consumer report may be prepared whereby information is obtained through personal interviews with your landlord, employer or others with whom you are acquainted. This inquiry includes information as to your character, general reputation, personal characteristics and mode of living. I agree in the event of the approval of this rental application, to execute a lease within 72 hours of notification of approval. I have read the foregoing and certify that the information herein is TRUE and CORRECT. I have read and understand and agree to abide by the policies and guidelines listed on the back of this sheet. I understand I will be required to sign a joint liability lease if I am applying for this rental unit along with roommates.
